Our history

In 1998, after many experiences as owner of several ceramic companies, both strictly productive and commercial, I decided to put myself on the line again and to bet on something different.
 
To create a ceramic company able to offer something more to the customer: being productive on one side but still flexible on the other; introduced at certain customers and fully able to meet their requirements; offering product, quality, service and nothing else. With extremely low fixed costs, optimized in the best way thanks to a versatile and streamlined structure, without any burdening of unnecessary costs.
 
That’s how “La Fenice Srl” was set up, one of the first companies in Sassuolo to establish a strict cooperation with a partner from South-East Asia and, later on, with another one from the Sassuolo ceramic district.
 
Our success: the service to the customer without reburdening the product cost. Indeed, from the beginning we have relied on having a wide availability of stocked material, both in the two production areas and in the warehouse of Sassuolo. This enables our customers a “just in time” provisioning without shouldering the storage cost.
 
Nowadays, that bet is definitely won. La Fenice is a well established company in the domestic ceramic scenery and a reliable partner for the major European purchase groups.
